BOOKING YOUR TRIP

We recommend flying to either Nice or Toulon and renting a car for the duration of your trip. If you have the time, stay a few days and explore the area, there are tonnes of beautiful things to see and do.

PLACES TO STAY

To be within 15 minutes drive of all the wedding events, we suggest staying between Port Grimaud and Saint Maxime. This will make it as easy as possible to get around and home after the celebrations. Grimaud and St Tropez are also close by, but taxis in the area are very expensive.

Some crazies may chose to camp, or there are a mix of hotels in the area and tonnes of  Airbnbs on or around the domain itself:

Hotels

Hotel Giraglia in Port Grimaud is a family favourite or the Belle Aurore by Saint Maxime is a beautiful, boutique hotel on the rocks. You could also try Hotel Le Suffren. All are right on the seafront and approx 130 euro pp/night.

For a simpler, more reasonably priced vibe, check out Hotel Les Jardins de Sainte Maxime. We also like Hotel Soleil or you could also try Riviera Villages who have a selection of Portacabin style huts right on the beach. 

Top tip: if the website says "fully booked" this isn't always true. Pick up the phone and give your favourite spot a call. 

Apartments & Villas

There are lots of websites advertising villas and apartments in the area. We had a hunt around airbnb and have put some links below.

10 beds, 90 euros pp/night, 8 beds, 85 euros pp/night, 6 beds, 60 euros pp/night, 6 beds, 40 euros pp/night, 8 bed, 50 euros pp/night, 6 beds, 30 euros pp/night, 8 beds, 50 euros pp/night,  the list could go on.

Each of these links is a stones throw from the wedding party, so will be an easy dance / roll / crawl home once we hit curfew. We haven't visited any of them so have a proper look before making any bookings!

Top tip: If you'd like to stay on the domaine, look for villas or bungalows on Domain Les Parcs de Beauvallon or Domain Les Rives de Beauvallon. 

Pro tip: Some rentals only offer 7 night bookings. It's worth reaching out regardless or doing the math and seeing if it may be more affordable to simply book the week.
